1. Log in to your Review Robin agency account at https://customertrust.app/login

  2. While on the Agency Dashboard, click the account drop down menu from the upper right hand corner

  3. Select the “User Management” option

  4. Select ‘Add New User’ on this page

  5. Enter the relevant details such as name, email, role and also select the accounts you want this user to have access to by checking the relevant check boxes

  6. Click Submit

That’s it!

Once you click submit, a welcome email will go out to your new user with their unique login credentials and a link to the login portal. You'll also be able to manage them in the Manage Users page, assuming you have sufficient access to do so.
