• Select ‘Add New Client’ from the upper left hand corner of your agency dashboard


  • Choose an account nickname Note: This is not visible to your client


  • When prompted to create a user account select ‘yes’ if your client is managing this themselves or ‘no’ if you will be managing this service on behalf of your client. Keep in mind if you select ‘yes’ account credentials will be sent to your client. You can always select ‘no’ and add them in as a user at a later time.


  • Click ‘Log in as’ beside the respective client on your agency dashboard


  • Select ‘Start set-up’


  • Fill out the location information


  • Enter your client’s contact details Note: The ‘From’ email is the email that review requests will show as sent from. This should be your client’s email.



  • Select ‘Add review site’


  • Select ‘Yes, add another review site’ or ‘Finish’
