• From your agency dashboard click 'log in as' to log into your client account

  • If you have multiple locations, select the appropriate location from the drop down menu on the header.

  • Go to settings in the left hand column and select 'Review Funnel'
  • Select the pencil icon beside ‘Step #1’
  • You can edit the messaging, subject line and campaign type
  • Hit the ‘Save’ button

Note: If desired, you can add a follow up message to the review funnel ie 2 days after step 1, a follow up review request will be sent to the recipient. To add a follow up review request click the ‘Add New Step’ button under Step 1.
