From your agency dashboard click 'log in as' to log into your client account
If you have multiple locations, select the appropriate location from the drop down menu on the header.
- Go to settings in the left hand column and select 'Review Funnel'
- Select the pencil icon beside ‘Step #1’
- You can edit the messaging, subject line and campaign type
- Hit the ‘Save’ button
Note: If desired, you can add a follow up message to the review funnel ie 2 days after step 1, a follow up review request will be sent to the recipient. To add a follow up review request click the ‘Add New Step’ button under Step 1.
