• From your agency dashboard click 'log in as' to log into your client account

  • If you have multiple locations, select the appropriate location from the drop down menu on the header.


  • Select ‘User Management’ from the drop down in the upper right hand corner
  • Choose ‘Add new user’
  • Fill out your client’s name, email, user role and select the checkbox beside the location
  • Hit ‘submit’


Note: Your client will be sent login credentials which they will now be able to use to login to their account to manage as you see fit.
